As a patient, you are entitled to a second opinion. Getting a second opinion is a standard part of the cancer diagnosis process and is never discouraged at WCC. With most insurances, you can contact us or any other oncologist directly for a second opinion about your care and treatment plan. If your insurance requires referrals, you can request to be referred to a specific provider within your network.
